Korrekt. Der Song ist von Aerosmith.
Die Singel erschien im Jahr 1973 und ist ein absoluter Klassiker.

Ich glaub Eminem hatte damals nur die Melodie geklaut... für den Song "Sing For The Moment". Den Text hat er nicht genommen.

Wie Hexo schon sagte, nur die Melodie geklaut (bzw. auch die Original-Stimme wenn ich mich recht entsinne). Halt nur im Refrain und dazu gerappt. Muss man nicht hören.

Genau aus dem Grund hass ich auch diesen neuen Kid Rock Song. Klaut sich einfach die Melodie von Sweet Home Alabama und ist erfolgreich damit ohne dass die Leute jemals was von Lynyrd Skynyrd gehört hätten....

Stimmt....das Cover von Kid Rock ist zwar ganz schön aber kein Vergleich zum "Original" Ursprung..... Den Name hab ich echt noch nie gehört

...aber gegen covern hab ich ja nix, wenn irgendein xy Gefallen an ner Melodie findet huldigt das ja auch irgendwo son bisschen die Band, die die Idee zu der Melodie hatte (:

Es gibt durchaus gute Cover. Aber was in der Pop-Szene so rumkräucht und da zähl ich Kid Rock und Eminem dazu macht das meistens schlecht und vermutlich nur um mit einer bekannten Melodie Kohle zu scheffeln.

Zwischen Klauen und Samplen liegt übrigens ein Unterschied - aber einfach mal alle Leute verurteilen die Rapmusik machen

Da gibts teilweise Leute die richtig fette Jazz-Samples benutzen in ihren Rap-Liedern. In gewisser Weise sehe ich das auch als Kunst.
Bildungslücke ist eher nicht zu hören, dass in Kid Rocks Song mindestens genau so viel "Werewolves Of London" drinne steckt wie Sweet Home Alabama (nur weil das Solo angedeutet wird und der Songtitel genannt wird)

Aber is ja auch beides glaubig die selbe Chord-Progression.
