Well 3 weeks holiday are over now...

Tomorrow starts work with a course of instruction from Monday to Friday.
My poor husband will be alone at home with the dog and the 2 cats..... and without car

We work since the beginning of the year (actually I worked in the new years eve also

No. He started to work in this week, too. For going to work he doesn't need a car. He always goes to work by feet or by bicycle.

But he was at home in the evening because I took the car with me....

The last days i stayed with influenza in the bed. Today it was the first day i went outside, meet some friends, have drunk a coffee with them and move my rusty body. Tomorrow i have to go to work :mad:

But the good point: I am feeling better

Just back from MCF III - Loreley. It was great, great great!
HolyHell and Manowar were so fantastic! So powerfull soooo... - I can't find the words! WOW!

(Well ..... and I am thinking about a HolyHell Tattoo now..... I think it would fit great with my Manowar tattoo.... hehehe! Let's wait and see.... )

It was so great to meet all the people, especially Matthias and Eileen there. Now I am a little bit sad! Will miss them all!

On the other side I am happy that all my pets are fine. And I am sooooooooo happy to have them now around me again!

I think it's time again for writing a little in the diary...

The weekend was great!
On Saturday we were in Geislingen (abut 78km far from my home) for buying new running shoes.
One of my pair is now "at the end!". And in the sports-shops near where I live the customers have no idea how to find the right shoes for your feet!
The shop in Geislingen was great. The owner runs a lot too. And after a look on my feet and my old shoes he knew what shoes will fit and what shoes will not.
And at the end I had 2 pairs that fits very well... I took both.

On the same evening I ran with the one pair 12km and yesterday with the other new pair 21km. No problems - the shoes are great!.

Yesterday came some friends to our place and we made fresh selfmade noodles with fish and shrimps. It tasted very well and we had lots of fun with preparing the dinner and eating it.

At the moment I am at work. And I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired....

On Friday (November 6th) we will go to Athens, because on Sunday I'll try to finish my first marathon - the athens classic marathon. :]
Then we will stay in Athens for 1 week. The best: There will be lots of friends!!! :thumbsup:

Reason: There is a House of Death meeting and a big party is planned for Sunday evening!

And I guess there will be lots of fun during the complete week!

It is fixed now: I will run this year 2 Marathons!

May 16th: Würzburg
October 31th: Frankfurt

Then I plan to run a few 10km -races and a few half-marathons.

My first half-marathon will be on February 7th in Mörfelden.

That's my personal war against my overweight!

At the moment i do a lot of sport. Two, sometimes three times in the week i go to the gym, one day in the week i try to run 8km (my time is 45min at the moment) and one time i play tabeltennis

I have to loose some weigth :kaffeetrinker_2:
