Yesterday I was jogging/running 21,4 km without break! It was the first time that I runned a Half-Marathon (exactly distance: 21,0975 km).
Volker (my husband) escorted me with his bicycle. He carried my water - bottle...
After having a shower, we went to an Irih pub - meeting Udo and Tina (as I told you above). It was great. And the food.... hmmmmmmm (hehehe).

Today I had a lazy day: Sleeping late, walking with my dog (just a little) and this evening I took a hot bath with sea salt....
Now I am very relaxed and ready for going to bed... :D

Hi all.

Today I stayed at home - I got a cold.
So: Never go out to a medieval "Spectaculum" when you got wet hair.
I slept most of the day, tried to learn a bit, slept again, and ate some.... thing.

Well, that's my day. Now I#m chatting with my dear boyfriend.

Weekend! Yipiiiiiiiiiihhhhhhh!!!

It was a very busy week. I even had not the time to go online!!!!! - Missed you all!

This morning I was at the coiffeur, then I went to the veterinarian with my cat (he needed his annually inoculation). After that I was shopping (new warm shoes, a mirror for our sleeping - room, fruits and legumes)

Now I will go for a walk with my dog - the sun is shining!!!!!! :]

Just back from karate training.

Last week I did no sports at all. The bad cold I had since 2 weeks finally"broke out": I had fever, I had a dropping nose and I really felt bad.... But now it is better. =). I just feel a little "weak" - but I think in 1 or 2 days all is fine again. :D

Yesterday we were at Udo's and Tina's place. They celebrated their birthdays. It was a really great party! :D =) =) =) =)

Today friends of mine were at our place - I made Pealla! :P

And tomorrow I will start at a Nordic-Walking-Half-Marathon! - Keep your fingers crossed for me, please! - It is the first time, that I do Nordic walking together with so many other people. Usually I only go Walking with my neighbour or/and my dog.... :D

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhrg - why does a usual weekend only has got 2 days?????? 8)

Yesterday I was jogging/running a Half-Marathon (21,10 km). - Not a competition, just for me, for training.
And I did it again: I was able to jog it without break! Slowly (2h 35 min) - but without break and I really felt food after it. :] :] :] :]
It was the 3rd time that I ran auch a distance! (And all 3 times this year). - For me, it is a great success!!!!

After I had a shower we (my husband and I) went to an Irish pub. We met Udo and Tina there: FOOD! there we ate delicious burger with chips. :P

After we went to the Rockfabrik Ludwigsburg. It was a great day and a great evening! :]


Today is a relaxing day: We slept late (until 3 pm 8) :D 8) ), then we went for a walk with our dog.... and later, a little time efore we go to bed,l we will have a relaxing hot bath! :] :] :] :]

I have to say sorry, that I am so less in here in the last time.
But I am very busy in the last time and after work I am very often too sleepy for going online... and at the weekend I have not the "time" to go online very much either. It is not only because of work, .... A colluege of mine has got very much problems (psychical problems, alcohol, etc.). There happened a lot of not nice things (and I had apologize for him at the firms we inspect,... so I was forced at the end to inform our boss that he has got problems at the moment). But it seems, our boss does not try to help him,... he seems just searchin' "mistakes" to fire him! :mad: That is not okay. And so I informed our staff council, because I think that's the only way to help my colluege.... although he seems not to see that he has got really problmes at the moment...

Well I hope all will be fine at the end.... ;(

Today i do nothing spezial.
We bought the last things we need to make pizza tomorrow and to drink on our New Year's Eve Party with friends. After this i relax a little bit and in the evening i play with two friends "Company of Heros" online. Now i am tired i will go to bed :-)

Today was a really lazy day: We slept long, then we had a delicious breakfast (at 11 am :D ), in the afternoon we had a walk with our dog, then we had dinner and now.... we are lazy again! :] :] :] :]
